PhD in Physics with 13 years experience on research, leadership of research groups and design of complex research projects. Author of many papers about emotional engineering, biomechanics, functionality and comfort of products as well as customisation of products from an emotional and functional perspective. Over 19 years of experience in research Internationalisation being Programmes Director in the Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia and Labhuman at Technical University of Valencia (UPV). Wide experience in EU platforms and networks and in managing complex interdisciplinary international research collaborations and engagement with multi-stakeholder counterparts. Dr García is evaluator for the European Commission (FP6, FP7, and H2020), ANEP (Spain) and (CYTED). Now she is the Director of a Support Programme for European Projects in the UPV´s Polytechnic City of Innovation. The Programme called CPI2020 helps Research Groups and Institutes of the UPV to develop strategies, networking and EU proposals for Horizon 2020
