With 35,000 students, HU University of Applied Sciences
Utrecht is one of the largest universities of applied
sciences in the Netherlands. We off er a broad range
of programmes to motivated students aged 17–67.
Our research is practice-focused, which enables us to
help companies and institutions create solutions to
complex issues. We are inextricably bound to Utrecht,
a region with a strong economic engine and many
knowledge workers. We co-create our teaching and
research programmes with large and small companies,
partners in the knowledge and education chain, and
diff erent-level governments.
