M. Soc. Sc. (econ) Harri Lappalainen is an internationally acknowledged passionate competences enhancer. He has over 20 years’ extensive experience on international development activities in several roles: e.g. project initiator, project coordinator, management board member, external evaluator, proposal assessor and consultant.
Prior to his present position as a Senior Advisor in the Turku University of Applied Sciences, Harri Lappalainen worked 8 years as a full-time entrepreneur in Project Cycle Management business and 2 years as a Senior Consultant in international public affairs and communications sector. Since 2011, Harri Lappalainen has been one of the core initiators of several successful Innovation Pedagogy -related international projects with strong CARPE dimension (e.g. FINCODA and SAUNAC projects).
Mr. Lappalainen holds a Vocational Teachers Qualification as well as a Certificate of Competence-Based Personal Assessment, acknowledged by the Finnish Psychological Association.
